Our stay was quite a mixed bag. The hotel offered basic accommodations with clean but very small rooms that felt cramped. The staff were helpful and friendly, which was a positive aspect, but the dining options were underwhelming and lacked variety. The location is great for exploring the area, though, which is a definite plus for anyone looking to get out and about.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very small, making it quite uncomfortable, especially with two beds squeezed in. However, it was clean despite its worn appearance.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and tried to assist where they could, which made the experience a bit better overall.
Location
9.0
The hotel is very well-located, right across from Kensington Gardens and close to several cafes and transport options, making it easy to explore London.
Dining

Breakfast was quite basic with limited options like toast and cereal, which was disappointing given the surrounding eateries.
Facilities

Facilities were minimal with a very tiny and slow lift, which could be a hassle, especially with luggage.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, it offers great value for money, particularly in the Bayswater area, which is hard to beat for the price. On the other hand, the upkeep and overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and the breakfast was quite basic. If you're just looking for a place to sleep after exploring the city, it might fit the bill, but don't expect luxury.

Rooms

The room was basic but had clean linen and towels. However, some rooms looked outdated and not well kept.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is excellent with easy access to subway stations, the room was quite small and uncomfortably hot. The staff were generally pleasant, although I encountered some rudeness during breakfast. The bathroom situation was pretty frustrating due to its tiny size. Overall, it has potential but there are definitely major areas for improvement.

My stay at the An-Nur hotel was quite an experience. The location is convenient with a few tube stations nearby, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and I was quite surprised by the cramped bathroom situation. For the price, it was a budget option, but I would recommend looking elsewhere if value and comfort are a priority.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it has its charm, it's definitely not without its issues. The price was unbeatable for a triple room in the Bayswater area, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and towels. However, I faced several inconveniences with the room sizes and overall condition. The breakfast options were decent, but the facilities feel quite outdated.

While the An-Nur hotel is budget-friendly and offers a convenient location close to transport and dining options, the overall experience fell short due to cleanliness issues and an unsatisfactory bathroom setup. The rooms leave much to be desired, and the breakfast options are quite limited. If you're looking for comfort and a pleasant stay, it might be worth considering alternatives.

Rooms

The rooms are small, showing significant wear and not at all what I expected in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom design is quite awkward and leads to a very damp experience.

I picked this hotel mainly for its price and location, but I learned that sometimes cheap comes with significant trade-offs. Sure, it’s near the tube, but the rooms are cramped and need serious updates. The breakfast is almost non-existent, just some coffee and bread, leaving much to be desired. If you’re looking for a budget option, it might fit the bill, but don't expect much beyond the basics.

Rooms

The rooms were really tiny and in desperate need of a makeover. In one room, the curtain rail fell down on me!
Service

While the lift was out of order during my stay, the stairs were narrow and would be challenging for anyone with heavy luggage.

The hotel has a decent price considering its central location, but the rooms are extremely small and in need of maintenance. The service was helpful but the dining options left much to be desired. If you're just looking for a budget stay, it might work, but don’t expect too much comfort.

I stayed at the An-Nur hotel for a few nights, and while it was incredibly budget-friendly, it came with some major drawbacks. The room was small, and the bathroom situation was quite cramped. The staff were helpful, but I can't say that I'd recommend this place unless you're really desperate for a bargain.

Rooms
5.0
The room was the smallest twin room I've ever encountered, and the bathroom was even smaller, making it hard to function comfortably.
Service
7.0
The staff were very helpful, allowing us to choose from a few rooms, which was appreciated.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located in Bayswater, which is a decent area but not the most scenic view since we faced a parking lot.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options included cereal and bread, which was very basic and not particularly enjoyable.
Facilities
5.0
The elevator was out of service, which made getting to our room on the 5th floor a workout, and the lack of amenities was noticeable.
